When you can request a refund
Refunds may be issued if:
Your order arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item

Your package never arrived
How to request a refund
Send us an email at hello@drinkharmonia.com with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue

Photos (if the product or package was damaged)
Refund process
Once your request is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Subscriptions
If you are subscribed, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges. We do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed.
