At Harmonia, your satisfaction matters to us. While we want every order to arrive in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
A full refund on unopened items, minus a $10 fee to cover part of the return shipping cost, will be issued upon successful processing of your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I return Harmonia?
Because Harmonia is a consumable product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened packages. This helps us ensure safety, quality, and product integrity.
When returns are accepted
You may request a return if:
You received the wrong item
Your order arrived damaged or defective (and the package is unopened)
You ordered only one package and wish to return it, even if opened

Include your order number and a description of the issue

Products must be unopened and in original packaging, unless it is the one-package exception noted above

What happens next
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Depending on your case, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund back to your original payment method.
